This newly built contemporary home in Southern Ontario, is a modest 2 level home with the basement opening up to the backyard patio. Designed for a small family, this 3-bedroom house has beautiful wood accents and Wi-Fi controlled lighting to create the perfect atmosphere any time of day. Rodney, owner of Rosco Electric, recommended Liteline’s LUNA fixtures that allow for smooth Dim-to-Warm control to be used throughout the house. These fixtures can provide bright lighting during the day, and a warm golden glow at night.

LUNA
With over 100 LUNA used throughout the house, there was ample general lighting that could Dim-to-Warm. The fixture sizes varied from 2″, 3.5″ and 4″ depending on the ceiling height, keeping the LUNA 4 in higher ceiling areas and LUNA 2 in task areas such as over the kitchen sink and above the laundry room counter. These wet location fixtures were also used outside of the house under the soffits to highlight the houses’ exterior architecture and main entrance.

Powertape
Liteline’s Powertape (TP1-VH), used with an extrusion, blends seamlessly into the woodwork throughout the house under the stairs and cabinets, and inside of the closet. This tape was also used around mirrors in the bathroom and in ceiling coves to create a glowing nightlight effect.

SlimLED Classic
Within the fitness room, the homeowners wanted a bright, low cost, lighting solution as this room would be used the least throughout the home. They decided to use Liteline’s famous SLM4 in this room and with 460 lumens, they were able to achieve a bright studio space.
